HomeBeacon app for iPhone and iPad

HomeBeacon allows potential buyers to get information about your listings pushed directly to their iPhones as they drive by a home. Using the iBeacon features of iOS 7, the HomeBeacon app on the iPhone communicates with HomeBeacon transmitters placed in a front window of your listing. When buyers drive by, they get a notification that information is available about the home. And, you can use multiple HomeBeacon transmitters during your open house to provide a guided tour with custom information about each room in the home.
